In particular, broadcasting is carried out using the IP protocol with the 'channel-in-a-box' solution by Imagine Communications Versio.<br /><br />The signal path redundancy is implemented using a 4+2 scheme. Signal routing is provided by<br /><br />a matrix with a fault-tolerant architecture configuration of 32x32 – Imagine Communications Platinum MX. The infrastructure for monitoring and measuring signals is also built on Imagine Communications solutions</div><div class="t-redactor__text">The new broadcast hardware includes connections for commentator workstations to cover live sports events.       <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>TENGRI FM RADIO</h1></header><figure><img alt="" src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild6236-3261-4164-b839-306266613831/12.png"/></figure><h3  class="t-redactor__h3">TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT OF TENGRI FM RADIO STATION:</h3><div class="t-redactor__text">In 2010, DNK-TV company executed a project for the technical equipping of the Tengri FM radio broadcasting complex.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/ffb6456b-781b-40e8-9517-ffb5225e8bcd/imgfish.jpg"><div class="t-redactor__text">Tengri FM radio station is part of the Alash Media Group media holding and is the largest radio station in the Central Asia region specializing in rock music.</div><div class="t-redactor__text">The broadcasting coverage in the Republic of Kazakhstan spans 18 regional centers, including all major highways and resort areas.</div><div class="t-redactor__text">The radio station's broadcasting grid consists entirely of in-house produced content.<br /><br />The schedule includes live coverage from events, emergency news releases, authorial programs, and much more. Broadcasting is carried out 24/7/365. The entire program preparation process is automated, thanks to the use of Synadyn software.<br /><br />The radio station's hardware and studio complex consist of a central hardware unit, a studio hardware block, editing hardware, an air planning center, a news reception and preparation unit, as well as office and administrative premises.</div><div class="t-redactor__text">The hardware-studio block includes a broadcasting studio, a speech studio, and an audio recording studio. The broadcasting studio features equipped workstations for four individuals - a host, a sound engineer, and invited guests or co-hosts. The workstations are equipped with special D&amp;R SiCo Remote MKIII units for microphone and headphone volume control. This system is integrated with the D&amp;R Airlab audio mixer.<br /><br />The second mixer panel, D&amp;R Airlab, is located in the audio recording studio and, alongside basic functions such as recording and mixing, serves as a backup for the broadcasting studio.<br /><br />The speech studio comprises five workstations and is used for live broadcasts as well as audio content recording. At the time of launch, the speech studio was the only one in Kazakhstan capable of quickly changing configurations for recording or broadcasting concerts of invited musical groups.</div><div class="t-redactor__text">Signal processing and delivery to the satellite occur in the central hardware room. Here, all studios are interconnected.<br /><br />Thanks to the flexible signal routing configuration, the broadcasting and audio recording hardware can operate interchangeably. For example, they can work simultaneously with the speech studio independently of each other or even generate two different programs.<br /><br />As a result of the project, Tengri FM received a fully operational radio complex that meets modern requirements for audio content production.       <description>UPGRADE OF OUTSIDE BROADCASTING VAN FOR ALMATY-TV CHANNEL</description>
      <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>ALMATY-TV</h1></header><figure><img alt="" src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild6365-3030-4365-b931-363436356335/rhr.png"/></figure><h2  class="t-redactor__h2">UPGRADE OF OUTSIDE BROADCASTING VAN FOR ALMATY-TV CHANNEL</h2><div class="t-redactor__text">The project vividly illustrates another specialization of DNK-TV - the modernization and re-equipping of existing Outside Broadcasting Vans (OB Vans) for television channels.<br /><br />"Almaty-TV" had one OB Van at its disposal, which was used for reporting on urban events, coverage of local sports events, and shooting concerts and festive events in Kazakhstan. One of the key features of the project was the need to not only upgrade the technical equipment of the vehicle but also completely change the layout, arrangement, and finishing of the compartments.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3334-6630-4664-a235-653139363064/rhr.png"><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>The upgraded OB van is designed for six triaxial camera channels based on Grass Valley Focus 75 cameras. The functionality of the vehicle allows for expansion to ten camera channels.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Program formation is carried out using a 2 M/E video mixer Guramex GVM 2400H with two control panels GVM-1610 and GVM-810.</strong><br /><br /><strong>The use of two control panels enables simultaneous operation with two separate programs.</strong></div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3134-6433-4131-a137-663235646565/2017-01-19_14-11-18.JPG"><div class="t-redactor__text">Given the nature of Almaty-TV's activities, a compact and functional solution was required for working with slow-motion replays. The most optimal solution in terms of price/performance ratio turned out to be the six-channel replay system NewTek 3Play 425, which provides simultaneous display, recording, and playback of four video streams. Communication infrastructure is based on the Riedel Performer system.<br /><br />If necessary, the OB van's functionality allows for the connection of six additional external sources.       <description>MODERNIZATION OF THE MOBILE BROADCASTING COMPLEX FOR THE TV CHANNEL ASTANA-TV</description>
      <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>ASTANA-TV</h1></header><div class="t-redactor__text">The Republican TV channel "Astana-TV" began its operation in 1993 and has since become one of the highest-rated television channels in the country. "Astana-TV" broadcasts for more than 20 hours a day, offering a wide range of informational and analytical programs as well as entertainment shows of its own production. The channel is widely available through cable operators, with its terrestrial coverage reaching over 50% of the country's population, and its satellite coverage extending across the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild6139-3237-4638-b338-376264663135/03.png"><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>To ensure the production of high-quality sports reports and concert recordings, the television channel required a comprehensive modernization of its Outside Broadcasting Van (OBV), as the existing vehicle was operating on SD equipment, which no longer met the requirements of either the client or the audience. DNK-TV performed the overhaul of the OBV, replacing all the equipment to meet the new standards.</strong></div><div class="t-redactor__text">The upgraded OBV is built on HD equipment. It features six camera channels based on Panasonic AK-HC3800 cameras, with signal transmission through fiber optic cable (FOC). The routing is designed with future expansion to ten cameras in mind. The central hub for program production is the For-A HVS-390HS video mixer, equipped with two M/E lines and 20 inputs. Additionally, the OBV's functionality includes a high-performance video replay system, the EVS X3.<br /><br />Redundancy in signal routing is ensured with Grass Valley equipment.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3732-3237-4466-b038-396565386563/SAM_0535.JPG"><div class="t-redactor__text">The vehicle's construction incorporates automatic heaters for fuel lines and the fuel tank, technologies typically used in the most extreme climates, such as Alaska. Autonomous uninterrupted power is provided by a Fischer Panda generator.<br /><br />Upon completion of the modernization works, the client received a modern and convenient OBV for shooting sporting events and concerts of any scale.       <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>RTRK KAZAKHSTAN</h1></header><div class="t-redactor__text">The acquisition of several sets of TVU equipment has significantly expanded the capabilities of RTRK Kazakhstan in terms of timely delivery of materials and live broadcasts directly from the scene of events.<br /><br />This has enabled the news crews of RTRK Kazakhstan to transmit materials in real-time without returning to the television channel, allowing them to seamlessly transition to other shootings.<br /><br />The time savings, high efficiency, and reduction in vehicle deployments are all highly valuable aspects.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3232-3730-4637-b363-376631353363/photo.png"><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>The TVUPack device is a lightweight portable backpack that only requires you to connect a camera, press a button, and start working. In the ASB, the signal is sent to a server capable of simultaneously receiving signals from up to ten TVUPack backpacks. TVU devices come equipped with SIM cards from MTS, Megafon, Beeline, a Yota modem, or a Wi-Fi module.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Signal transmission is carried out via 3G channels or Wi-Fi. The TVU backpacks, worn on the operator's back, do not interfere with shooting and work even in satellite dead zones.</strong><br /><br /><strong>By using the TVU device, the filming crew can connect to any available internet sources in the area and simultaneously transmit signals with minimal loss of quality. This mobile technology is based on satellite usage and is designed to provide broadband communication, including internet, telephony, and data transmission.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3231-3136-4166-a630-646530333535/04.png"><div class="t-redactor__text">The DNK-TV team has designed and built a mobile satellite station DSNG.<br /><br />This station is used as a small Outside Broadcasting (OB) van without camera channels.<br /><br />It is equipped with satellite reception and transmission equipment from Vislink.<br /><br />The switching and distribution equipment is provided by Miranda.<br />Upon request from Astana-TV channel, DNK-TV company designed and delivered a DSNG (Digital Satellite News Gathering) mobile satellite station to ensure high-quality broadcasting from various events. The DSNG station is built on the chassis of a Mercedes Sprinter 316CDI and can be used as an OB (Outside Broadcasting) van without camera channels.<br /><br />The system is based on state-of-the-art broadcasting and satellite communication technologies.       <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>TENGRI FM RADIO STATION</h1></header><div class="t-redactor__text">In 2010, DNK-TV company executed a project for the technical equipping of the Tengri FM radio broadcasting complex.<br /><br />Tengri FM radio station is part of the Alash Media Group media holding and is the largest radio station in the Central Asia region specializing in rock music.<br /><br />The broadcasting coverage in the Republic of Kazakhstan spans 18 regional centers, including all major highways and resort areas.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild6634-3933-4931-a138-353230323432/12.png"><div class="t-redactor__text">The radio station's broadcasting grid consists entirely of in-house produced content.<br /><br />The schedule includes live coverage from events, emergency news releases, authorial programs, and much more. Broadcasting is carried out 24/7/365. The entire program preparation process is automated, thanks to the use of Synadyn software.<br /><br />The radio station's hardware and studio complex consist of a central hardware unit, a studio hardware block, editing hardware, an air planning center, a news reception and preparation unit, as well as office and administrative premises.</div><div class="t-redactor__text">The hardware-studio block includes a broadcasting studio, a speech studio, and an audio recording studio. The broadcasting studio features equipped workstations for four individuals - a host, a sound engineer, and invited guests or co-hosts. The workstations are equipped with special D&amp;R SiCo Remote MKIII units for microphone and headphone volume control. This system is integrated with the D&amp;R Airlab audio mixer.<br /><br />The second mixer panel, D&amp;R Airlab, is located in the audio recording studio and, alongside basic functions such as recording and mixing, serves as a backup for the broadcasting studio.<br /><br />The speech studio comprises five workstations and is used for live broadcasts as well as audio content recording. At the time of launch, the speech studio was the only one in Kazakhstan capable of quickly changing configurations for recording or broadcasting concerts of invited musical groups.</div><div class="t-redactor__text">Signal processing and delivery to the satellite occur in the central hardware room. Here, all studios are interconnected.<br /><br />Thanks to the flexible signal routing configuration, the broadcasting and audio recording hardware can operate interchangeably. For example, they can work simultaneously with the speech studio independently of each other or even generate two different programs.<br /><br />As a result of the project, Tengri FM received a fully operational radio complex that meets modern requirements for audio content production.       <description>VIDEO ASSISTANT REFEREE (VAR) SYSTEM</description>
      <turbo:content><![CDATA[<header><h1>(VAR) SYSTEM</h1></header><div class="t-redactor__text">The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system is a unique technology in football that allows the head referee to make decisions with the assistance of video replays. In March 2022, the VAR system project for the Kazakhstan Football Federation was completed, along with intensive training for over 70 referees.<br /><br />By now, the systems have been installed and tested at stadiums across the country, and the referees have practiced the necessary skills and obtained certification.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3632-3363-4434-a337-633662343566/01.png"><div class="t-redactor__text">To implement the project, the DNK TV team installed FIFA-certified VAR systems with support for up to 8 cameras to equip stadiums of clubs that are members of the Professional Football League.<br /><br />For easier and faster adoption of VAR technology, FIFA developed the concept of VAR Light.<br /><br />This makes the technology more accessible to all leagues and federations and reduces the entry barrier in case of limited resources.</div><div class="t-redactor__text">During the selection process for the VAR system, several vendors were considered. Jibek Joly began broadcasting in Kazakh and Russian languages on September 1, 2022. The channel operates domestically as a family entertainment version of SilkWay.<br /><br />As a result of the work done by the DNK TV team, the quality of the content has been improved. As part of the project, the studio complex was completely modernized, including the lighting system, audio and video equipment, and the hardware-studio unit (HSU), fully integrated into the existing broadcasting infrastructure.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3962-6164-4539-b964-383263666663/1.png"><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>Lighting Solution</strong><br /><br />A modern lighting system was designed and implemented for the news studio using LED fixtures: key, fill, and backlight, as well as accent lighting for presenters’ zones and decorative set elements. The suspension and cabling system was carefully planned to provide easy access to the fixtures and flexibility for future set reconfigurations. Lighting control is implemented through a lighting console and DMX infrastructure, allowing rapid switching of lighting scenes for various broadcast formats, including news, interviews, and special projects.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3666-6438-4139-b035-303264333566/3.png"><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>Audio Solution</strong><br /><br />The studio’s audio system is built around a digital mixing console, wireless microphone systems for presenters and guests, and monitoring systems in both the control room and the studio. Separate channels are provided for broadcast audio, communication with the control room, and backup lines. The acoustic design and audio routing were developed to ensure clear speech and stable microphone operation without feedback, even under typical television studio conditions.</div><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild6439-3231-4230-b063-346266306463/4.png"><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>Hardware-Studio Unit (HSU) Equipment and Organization</strong><br /><br />The hardware-studio unit is equipped with all necessary systems for full broadcast control: video mixer, audio mixer, synchronization and utility signal generators, an intercom system for communication between the director, camera operators, and the studio, as well as recording and broadcast monitoring systems. All equipment is housed in rack-mounted enclosures with a carefully planned cabling infrastructure, UPS, and power distribution system. The HSU is fully integrated with RTRC Atyrau’s news and broadcast automation, ensuring stable and predictable on-air operations.</div>]]></turbo:content>
